About Kara......
What set's Kara apart is what drives her most... her heart. As the mother of 3 God loving children and the wife of her soulmate, Kara is fueled with a passionate commitment to make a difference in people's lives and to continually reepresent herself in ways that only bring honor to her family. She teaches her children that the foundations to a successful life are integrity, kindness and hard work and her professional and personal successes are exemplary examples of this.
Since starting in the mortgage industy in 1991 as a Mortgage Banker, and co-founding Acadiana Mortgage in 1998, the relationships she has nurtured with her clients, their families and her referral sources are what keeps her loving her job. She never overlooks the importance that people put their trust and faith in her hands during their homebuying or refinancing process, which is often seen as stressful and impersonal. She works every case as she would for her own family, ensuring that not only do her clients make sound financial decisions, but that they also feel valued along the way.
Kara takes immense pride in keeping at the top of her game and her knowledge of all industry guidelines, regulations and nuances allow for her to be successful in working with a wide array of clients with diverse backgrounds, qualifications and dreams. Her meticulous attention to detail, her respect for tight deadlines and her desire to exceed all expectations always result in smiling faces around the closing table.
